1. Print the Registration Form.
2. Indicate your preferred date for attending.
(To confirm availability of your desired Explore dates, you may email Explore@uscwm.org before sending in your paid registration.)
3. Complete the form and mail it, along with your
registration fee, to

If EXPLORE is already full on your preferred dates, and an appropriate alternate session is not available or agreeable to you, your registration fee will be returned in full. Your registration fee is also fully refundable, for any reason, up to two weeks before an EXPLORE for which your registration was accepted. During the last two weeks before EXPLORE, all but $25 of your registration fee will be refunded upon your request.
