Global Prayer Digest

The Global Prayer Digest (GPD) is a daily prayer guide which provides vital information to fuel your prayers on behalf of the unreached peoples of the world. The GPD chronicles real life stories and exciting breakthroughs among people groups where the gospel is being introduced. Daily Scripture readings are combined with geographic and cultural insights to make this a valuable tool that will stimulate you, your study group, and your church to pray for unreached peoples the world over.

Those who produce the GPD hope to see special missions-oriented fellowships begin in churches all over the U.S. Such meetings encourage Christians in their mission vision and, through the help of the GPD, direct their prayers and understanding of what must yet be done to complete the Great Commission.

The GPD stimulates prayer by:

Demonstrating
through daily Scripture readings, God's desire to see all nations discipled.
Revealing
the world's many cultures where the gospel is still strange and foreign.
Detailing
recent breakthroughs among previously Unreached Peoples.
Presenting
stimulating sketches of the life stories of men and women who have pioneered new mission outreach around the world.

Of related interest is the GPD Frontier Scan which is designed for inserting into your church's bulletin.

Spanish and Korean language versions of the Global Prayer Digest are also available. Subscription information regarding the Spanish version is described under the USCWM Latin American Mobilization department. Korean language versions are available from Korea. More information is available by contacting gpd.web.inquiry@uscwm.org.
