Updated resources pages

The book Vision for the Nations has at the end of each chapter a list of resources to assist the reader to find further information and help. These listed sources were correct at the time of publication but progress is always being made and with it the names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mails and web sites change. This site is created to keep these resources current. They are listed as they are reflected in the book, that is by chapter and page number. It is anticipated that this site will be updated on a semi-annual basis.
